Unit Converter ("the App") is licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use only. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the App on your Apple device running iOS 14.0 or higher, subject to all the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

The App and all of its content, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and video clips (collectively, the "Content"), are the exclusive property of Unit Converter and its licensors. All rights in the Content are reserved. You do not acquire any ownership rights to the Content by downloading or using the App.
Some features of the App may require you to create an account or purchase a subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Subscription purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the billing and subscription terms of the App Store and authorize us (through Apple) to charge your selected payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store settings.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
Note: While we strive for accuracy, all unit conversions are provided for informational purposes. Critical applications should verify conversions with official standards and references.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Unit Converter, its developers, or its licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to this agreement or the use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Unit Converter and its developers, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the App or violation of these Terms of Use.
The App may integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to RevenueCat for subscription management and Apple's App Store for payments. Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or availability of these third-party services.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.
Any conversion history, favorites, or other data generated through your use of the App ("User Content") is stored locally on your device. You retain all rights to your User Content. By using the App, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use aggregated, anonymized data from your use patterns to improve the App's functionality and user experience.
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any portion thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable for any such modifications or discontinuation. We may also impose limits on certain features or services, or restrict access to parts of the App without notice or liability.
We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms of Use constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms of Use or your use of the App.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Unit Converter regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this agreement.

We welcome your feedback regarding the App. However, by submitting feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and implement any such feedback or suggestions without any compensation to you. You also waive any right to identify yourself or claim ownership of such feedback.
